International
When two major U.S. high technology companies faced nearly unanimous European opposition to classifying their products in a category that would dramatically reduce their tariffs, LA convinced the U.S. Trade Representative to negotiate to have the digital generation of these products classified as personal computers, completely eliminating the tariffs, saving the companies an estimated $100 million a year, and giving them a competitive advantage in the European Community (EC).
When a Fortune 500 company was denied an export license to China for a certain product LA was able to go to the federal authorities and explain to them that this product, under a different technical name, was already being exported to China by other companies. The Fortune 500 company was then granted the necessary license thereby exporting their product and bringing revenues of over 2 million dollars to this US company.

LA performed a management review of a trade association in the energy sector, hiring a new staff and positioning the organization for major changes in the oil industry.
